Learn how to create a listing in 4 steps or with Sara AI.

  1. 1Click 'Post Ad' from the navigation bar
  2. 2Choose the listing type — Sale, Rent or Dorm
  3. 3Fill in location, price and property details
  4. 4Upload up to 8 high-quality photos and publish

Use filters, the map view and AI search to narrow results.

  1. 1Use the search bar with plain-language queries
  2. 2Apply filters: price, bedrooms, district, category
  3. 3Switch to map view to see locations visually
  4. 4Save favourites from your dashboard

Chatting with Sara AI

Voice or text — Sara can search, list and advise on property.

  1. 1Open the AI Agent page
  2. 2Type a message or tap the mic to speak
  3. 3Sara asks follow-up questions when needed
  4. 4Review the generated listing or shortlist, then publish

Manage your details, language and notifications.

  1. 1Sign up with email or Google
  2. 2Add a phone number for buyer contact
  3. 3Choose your preferred language (EN / SI / TA)
  4. 4Edit profile and password from the Dashboard
